These terms cover use of the FormiqBloom agency website. Paid services are governed by a separate written project agreement.

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security or usage limits, or submit harmful content. Website information is general guidance and may change; availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

An enquiry or free consultation request does not create a contract or confirm an appointment. Before paid work begins, we agree in writing on scope, milestones, fees, payment, revisions, cancellation, refunds, and ownership or licensing. Setup is separate from recurring hosting, maintenance, and AI usage; allowances and overage handling are agreed beforehand.

Website ownership and ongoing costs

After full payment, clients receive the finished website files and custom code created for their project. The domain and hosting remain in the client’s own accounts. Clients retain ownership of the business content they supply; third-party software, templates, and services remain subject to their own licence terms.

Ending maintenance does not remove the client’s paid-for website, delivered files, or account access. Updates, monitoring, and backups included in the maintenance plan end with that plan. Clients remain responsible for domain, hosting, and other third-party fees needed to keep their services running.

Before work starts, the written proposal confirms setup fees, any deposit and payment milestones, third-party charges, maintenance fees, and applicable recurring usage costs. Provider introductory offers, billing periods, renewals, and applicable taxes are reviewed separately. Additional work is scoped and quoted before it proceeds.

Quick answers are predefined; custom replies use AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important details with FormiqBloom. Chat replies cannot provide binding quotes, book appointments, or change an agreed scope. Do not share confidential or sensitive information.

Website content and branding belong to FormiqBloom or their respective owners. Do not reuse them without permission or a lawful basis. Project previews are illustrative. Linked apps and third-party services have their own terms, availability, and policies.

We do not promise particular search rankings, sales, or business results. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
